Studio Policies and General Information

Tuition and Fees
• $17.50 per lesson, billed by the month; $70.00 for a 4 week month & 87.50 for a 5 week month.
• Prepayment of lessons is always due on the 1st of every month.
An invoice will be mailed to your home on the 20th of the month for the following month’s tuition.
• A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for all accounts not current by the 10th of the month. 
• A fee of $25.00 will be charged for all checks returned due to insufficient funds.

Holidays
The Studio is typically closed for the following public holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas – New Years Day. You will not be charged for days that the studio is closed.

Registration & Supplies
A $35.00 material & registration fee will be charged at sign-up. This will cover the cost of the initial instructional materials, and reserves your place on the schedule.
All students will need to purchase a metronome for developing proper counting and time-keeping. 
Guitar students will also need to purchase an electronic tuner.
Drum students will need to purchase the specific drum sticks as recommended by their instructor.

Cancellations, Makeup Lessons, Rescheduling & Missed Lessons:
Make-ups for a missed lesson, depending on teacher availability will only be given to students who provide at least 24 hour notice of cancellation. Students who provide less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or fail to show up forfeit their lesson for that week.
If for any reason the teacher is unable to teach, another teacher will substitute. If in the very unusual event that no other teacher is available, a credit will be given to the student account.
Due to our full schedule, lesson times will not be extended for students arriving late.

Termination
You are not held to a contract, but if you should decide to terminate lessons at any given time, the studio appreciates notice.
The studio will terminate students who miss their lesson for three weeks in a row with no notice. There will be no refund for termination.
Unpaid accounts will be turned over to proper authorities for collection.
