Shipping and Guarantee Policies
1) We provide FLAT RATE $25 Shipping on all orders within the Continental US!
2) We ship only within the 50 United States, APO and FPO, and Canada.
3) We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to check out your item. If you decide it's not what you want, you may return it, at your own expense, for store credit, toward the purchase of another item. We do not issue cash or credit refunds at all.
4) Items returned must include all original packing materials and accessories, and be salable as new. We do not sell scratch and dent, or open box specials like some of the other online stores. Items such as this might be made available for sale in our local showroom, but never online in our web store. We Guarantee Factory-Fresh brand new merchandise!
5) Items not in brand new condition as originally sold, or that smell like smoke or alcohol, will be subject to a reconditioning fee of 25% of the original purchase price.
6) Instruments purchased without a case, that customarily are carried in cases (guitars, banjos, mandolins, etc.), are not returnable AT ALL.
7) Call us for shipping quotes to AK, HI, APO and FPO, and Canada.
8) Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
